Word of the Day: Acuity

Acuity is a person’s ability to think, see, and hear clearly.

As people age, their mental and physical acuity begins to diminish.

Given the alarming rise in these accidents, there is a pressing need for more effective and frequent testing methods to assess the mental and physical acuity of elderly drivers in Japan.
