Word of the Day: Frail
As we age, we become frail.
This is not necessarily a bad thing; it’s just what happens.
The older we get, the easier it is for us to break our bones if we fall.
When something is frail, it’s weak and delicate.
Even the strongest person will eventually grow old and become frail.
It’s what happens.
We gradually become weaker, and our bones become more delicate.
Yes, it can be a bit of a concern and a hard pill to swallow, but as we age, we must acknowledge that we become frail and take better care of ourselves.
