Twitter is being purchased by Elon Musk, the world’s richest person. So, is this just another story of an ultra-rich man spending his money on a hobby, or is there something more to it? Twitter is not as profitable as Facebook or Google. It’s also not used as much. However, it is seen as the world’s town square when it comes to talking politics. Musk says he wants to make it the ultimate free speech platform. How’s that going to work? Is free speech in trouble if a tech titan controls yet another social media platform?
