Is commuting a necessary evil? No, the question is not whether it is required or not; the pandemic has already proved it isn’t. Instead, the question is whether commuting is evil. Many people who worked remotely during the lockdowns missed their commute. I know, crazy. I haven’t commuted in more than ten years, and I don’t miss it. However, commuting may not be as dreadful as it’s made out to be.
