There was a time when Asians who could attain a good university education made a beeline for the door as soon as they graduated. Europe and North America offered more and better opportunities to earn a living and live well. Now, that’s not necessarily true. Salaries and living conditions in Asia are often more than matching those overseas. While living and working overseas is still attractive for some, the economics of living in Asia is not necessarily the reason for leaving or staying gone.
