We all want money, and no matter how much we have, we need more. That’s where budgeting comes in to control what we spend and where we put what remains – if anything. Handling money has led to Budget Culture, and it’s toxic. It’s said that Budget Culture is like diet culture – you deprive yourself of what you want or need to meet a goal. Dieting doesn’t work. We now know what’s required is a lifestyle change. Perhaps it’s the same with money and budgeting.
