Lesson: Burnout

Burnout sneaks up on you gradually. You work a little late on one day and come in earlier on another, deadlines seem to come up faster, and unexpected family issues pop up. You begin to feel tired constantly and are unable to sleep well. The quality of your work begins to deteriorate. This drop in quality makes you irritable and grumpy, damaging relationships with colleagues and family members. Stress levels hit the roof. Before you know it, you, my friend, are experiencing burnout.
