Lesson: Day after Day

Everyone has habits and routines. Often, we talk about bad habits and daily routines. Procrastination and pre-crastination have previously come up in our discussions. Mostly the conversation centred on how we procrastinate when we should pre-crastinate. This time let’s cast our net a little wider and focus on daily routines. Early morning routines set the tone for our entire day, as before-bed habits do the same for our sleep. Are you happy with your routines, or do you think you should change them up a bit?
