Daydreaming is an everyday activity we all engage in at some point. Traditionally, we have been taught that daydreaming is a waste of time. However, we now have a better understanding of the purpose of daydreaming. Or at least you will after taking this lesson. Daydreaming can be a helpful tool for creativity and imagination, but it can also have drawbacks. Throughout this lesson, we will examine the benefits and disadvantages of daydreaming and how we can use it to our advantage. So, let’s drift into the world of daydreaming and explore its possibilities.
