The political order and structure of the world are changing. Once dominant Western nations are slowly being surpassed by new ones. For many years the G8 formed the premier organization dealing with a broad range of issues, including the global economy, security and energy. It has been an exclusive club. Now British Prime Minister Boris Johnson wants to expand this group to the Democratic 10 (D10) by fully including Australia, India and South Korea. Is it time for expansion, or is the concept outdated and should instead be disbanded?
