Lesson: Get it in Gear

On days when it’s too hot, rainy or cold to go outside, our willpower is tested. We may be tempted to binge-watch a TV show or finish that apple pie in the fridge with a dollop of ice cream for good measure. These are bad habits, but they’re easy to do. We (by ‘we,’ I mean ‘you’) have to get it in gear, form new good habits and stick to them. We’ve probably already corrected your procrastination situation. Now we can move on to more unique and more challenging things. YAY! The question is, how do we develop good habits and get back on track? I have some articles that can give you some suggestions on achieving your dream of changing your life by changing your habits. Reading them is the first step to becoming a new you.
