Lesson: Looking for an Answer

When something happens, especially something bad, people want to know why and they would prefer to know when something similar is going to happen again. Of course, it is impossible to predict the future, but that doesn’t stop us from trying. These days we can use tech and algorithms to help us predict things with some degree of accuracy. It’s not always correct – listen to your local weather forecast, and you’ll see what I mean. For centuries people have turned to astrology and astrologists for guidance.  We are no different today.

Each conversation topic is based on a theme. In order to help students acquire a basic understanding of that topic, four media articles are provided for them to read. I will never test you on the articles, but I strongly suggest you book lessons far enough in advance to give yourself enough time to properly prepare.
