Lesson: Neverposters
Social media is now a big part of everyday life, giving people many ways to connect, express themselves, and share information. Still, even with billions of users, many people, who I call “neverposters,” stay silent and choose not to post or share anything. Some may not use social media at all. This raises questions about what motivates this choice and what barriers might exist. Are these people simply not interested in sharing their lives, or are there other reasons, like privacy concerns, fear of being judged, or wanting to avoid arguments online? The fact that so many “lurkers,” those who look at content but rarely or never post, exist shows that social media is not the same for everyone. In this discussion, we will examine the reasons some people remain passive on social platforms and what this can tell us about online culture.

The better prepared you are, the more benefit you will receive from our conversations.
