Lesson: Population Stagnation

Well, it’s official. There will be no population explosion after the pandemic. It isn’t going to happen. We already know that population decline is going to speed up. It’s estimated that by 2100 the Japanese population could be half of what it is now. What about Korea, China, the Netherlands, the US or Canada? Well, Canada will probably look different than anyone else unless there are some drastic changes. What will the world look like after 2100? Perhaps thousands of small towns, states, provinces and prefectures will become ghost towns. Will public transportation still exist if there are fewer people using it? This time we’ll look at life after population stagnation.
