Significant societal changes are happening in Western countries. People are becoming disillusioned with consumerist culture. Instead of collecting stuff, they are choosing to collect memories, experiences and adventures. This is where the RV Lifestyle and #Vanlife cultural movements come into play. When I was younger, the thing to do was backpack around the world. Now it seems that the popular meme is #Vanlife. People are living in converted vans or professionally built motorhomes and working online. It is a combination of the tiny home and the gig economy movements.
