Lesson: Snacking

Are you a fan of snacking when you’re feeling a little peckish between meals? There’s something satisfying about having a little nibble on something tasty, and it helps keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Of course, it’s important to make sure that the snacks you choose are healthy and nutritious rather than loaded with sugar and fat. I want to say some of my personal favourites include fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, and raw vegetables with hummus or guacamole. But I’d only be fooling myself. Potato chips are my weakness. What’s your go-to snack whenever you need a little pick-me-up?
