Lesson: Space Agriculture

The International Space Station is useful for conducting various scientific experiments, including space agriculture. Perhaps you are one of the people who initially think it sounds like a useless endeavour. However, many would disagree with you. Space agriculture or space farming is essential for providing both food and oxygen if humans are to pursue long-distance space travel. The techniques learned up there may also be applied to conventional farming down here if we are to cope with adverse conditions created by climate change.
