Whether you are Christian or not, the holiday season can drive you up the wall. People feel stressed out, depressed or just plain crazy during this time of year. There are so many things that we need to prepare in addition to our regular household chores and work responsibilities. To make matters worse, the season is seemingly endless, as it lasts 12 days! No wonder people drink during the Christmas and New Year period. All of this is compounded even more if you are going to travel during the holidays. How do you cope with the stress of the silly season?
